HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
LLIM Interiors follows a competitive design fee while maintaining it's work quality. We have a few schemes which depend solely on the degree of work to be done and amount of drawings needed.
We give package deals as well as "per room or item" design fees (if you only want furniture designs or certain rooms to be designed). You can also hire us for purhasing, styling, and consultation. The Standard 2016 Per diem designer rates will apply.
Note that Metro Manila and Out-of-town projects are priced differently

WHAT WILL OUR PROJECT COST?
This depends on you actually. If you have a design fee budget and construction budget in mind, please do tell us and we would be happy to assist by sending you a scope of work proposal tailored for your needs. Being honest about your budget would actually help both of us look at different options.
IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM SPACE YOU WILL DESIGN?
There is no minimum or maximum requirements. There's just a minimum fee for small spaces below 26 sqm.

WHAT LOCATIONS CAN YOU WORK IN?
We can take projects anywhere in Metro Manila area, and also in Provinces. LLIM Interiors have done projects in Cavite, Cagayan - Isabela, far south in Davao and even California, USA for consultation. Patience goes both ways for long distance relationships so be sure to coordinate your schedule with ours in advance.
WHAT'S YOUR DESIGN STYLE?
Out signature style is a mish-mash of Streamline Minimalism, Industrial Modern, Kinfolk and Scandinavian; then what we usually do is we combine the client's prefered style with a motif they like, -- ie. Asian, American, Transitional, Retro... just name it, we will make it happen!
WHAT'S YOUR EXPERIENCE LEVEL?
After Graduating From the Royal Pontifical Univesity of Santo Tomas, Lianne Lim got professionaly licensed on October of 2010 and started her career right after that.
We have substantial experience with the exceptional number of projects we do per year but we are very curious human beings and we crave for new knowledge and human interaction.

The right time to book an Interior Designer is always in advance. To help you out, here's a guide for the ideal time on booking an interior designer's services:
New House from the Ground - weeks or days right after booking an architect. Preferrably before their construction Starts, we already need to have a consultation ongoing.
Home Renovation - Anytime but preferrably 1 - 2 months before you want to start the Construction.
Commercial Space - A month before turn-over of the spot. Keep in mind we have to apply for permits and follow their working hours & regulations
Existing Condominium / Apartment - Preferrably 1 - 2 months before you want to start the Construction.
Keep in mind we have to apply for permits, follow their working hours & regulations.
New Condominium / Apartment - On or After Turn-over as long as you have your house keys with you.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
We strictly follow a Progressive payment scheme divided into % per stage we are at.
A 50% Downpayment is also required before we commence our contract into effect.
Payment Mode: Cash / Check / Bank Deposit

DO WE NEED TO USE YOUR CONTRACTOR OR OTHER EXPERTS?
Not necessarily. We are open in expanding our connections, so if you have your own contractor we can use them as long as we see them capable of executing our designs at full potential.
However , we have contractors , manufacturers and suppliers that we find comfortable to work with --Good vibes!
For other experts you may need, like a Mural Artist, Art Printing services or specific Engineers, we can help you tap them.
DO I HAVE TO MAKE PURCHASES THROUGH YOU?
For Purchasing Decisions --Yes, That's why you hired an Interior Designer.
For Purchases --You may purchase the items we recommend or approve on your own.
If you are lost and a busy-body, you may have us purchase our recommended Furniture, fixtures (toilet & lighting), accessories and Tiles, as long as it is within our Scope of Work.
Note that having us purchase things can save you a lot of time, avoid wrong items, reach your deadline and get more discounts (Standard Professional Rates apply).
